Apache Deck Renovation

This was a massive deck (1600sf) and (3) stairs requiring the old wood decking material to be replaced with Trex Toasted Sand Enhance Composite decking. Majority of the joists were also damaged due to not being protected with joist tape during original construction. Now this client has a worry free future not having to stain the deck every year! The railings and original fascia all remained, although there were some repairs needed, they still look great with the new decking. One of the special features on this one were the edge details on each step. Our lead craftsman custom cut and mitered on pieces to the end in order to finish of each tread with a clean look. This was an option we provide for all of our decks if clients do not want steps to be picture framed.
